Web sites that reach a Google PageRank of 0 will be disabled and your trading partners will be notified about your sites status.
2-Exchange.com reserves the right to disable or remove any web site from our service which we deem to be in violation of these Terms of Service.
Abuse
Certain types of web sites are not permitted to use the 2-Exchange.com service. We do not allow web sites containing racist information, warez downloads, excessive popups, sites that makes use of "Black Hat" techniques, auto downloads, malware, virus, Cloaking, redirection on pages that have relation to trading partners or 2-Exchange.com, or illegal content.
Attempts to hide the links to your trading partners or 2-Exchange.com on your reciprocal page, including Cloaking or making them invisible for search engines will be considered an abuse of our service and will result in the termination of your account.

Termination of Service
